    The next Driver’s Ed class will begin July 20th. Students must be 14 ½ years old by the start
    date. The class costs $175 and there are only 10 seats left for this class. Please sign up and pay at the high school office. Applications and information forms can be found in the middle school office.

    Mrs. Tefft’s 7th and 8th graders will have health in the classroom today.

    We will have a shortened bell schedule today because of our awards assembly at 1:30 today. After 4th hour, students will go to 6th hour, then advisory/lunches. After lunch and advisory, students will go to 7th and 8th hour.

    ISAT lunch rewards will continue today. This week is extra lunches for MATH rewards. All students will need to report to their appropriate lunch and advisory classes. Once in advisory, teachers will take attendance and let students know who will be going to the extra lunch. Students need to wait in their advisory class until dismissed by the office for lunch.

    The 8th grade ASB group is sponsoring an end of the year dance on Wednesday - TODAY, June 8th, from 4:00-7:00. The theme is Hawaiian, there will be games, pictures, and great music. Cost is $3.00 per student.

    IDFY Silverwood Trip permission forms are in the office. The trip will take place on June 4th and the cost is $30.00 per IDFY member. To participate in the trip, you must be an SMMS IDFY member and return the permission slip signed with the money to Mrs. Rogers in the office. All information is included in the permission slip. A limited number of seats are available on the bus. For any further questions, please see Mrs. Tefft. The deadline to sign up for this trip is the end of the school day TODAY, Wednesday, June 1st.
